About these terms
These terms govern your use of 2TX1 and any purchase, sale enquiry or transfer service you request through it. By using the site you accept them.
Buying a registration
Prices are all-inclusive: the registration entitlement, VAT, and our handling of any DVLA fees that apply. A purchase is completed when we confirm the DVLA assignment has been accepted. A mark can never make a vehicle look newer than it is — check your vehicle's eligibility before reserving.
Selling and valuations
Valuations are honest market estimates, not guaranteed sale prices. A sale proceeds only after we both confirm the terms in writing.
Transfers
Transfer and assignment services follow current DVLA processes and require accurate vehicle and entitlement details from you. Timeframes depend on official processing and are not guaranteed.
Liability
We provide the site and services with reasonable care but do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our liability for any claim is limited to the price paid for the relevant registration.
